Pakistan fast bowler Haris Rauf mimicked Hardik Pandya's signature swagger-filled celebration during the third and final ODI match against Australia in Perth. Haris Rauf pulled off Hardik Pandya's celebration after dismissing Australia's opening batter Matthew Short in the last match of the recent series.
The Men in Green lost the first match in Melbourne by two wickets. However, Pakistan bounced back with a nine-wicket win in Adelaide. The Mohammad Rizwan-led team chased down the 140-run target in Perth on Sunday, November 10, and secured their first ODI series victory in Australia since 2002.
Pakistan won the toss and chose to bowl first in the series decider. Naseem Shah provided an early breakthrough by dismissing Jake Fraser-McGurk for 7. Shaheen Afridi then picked up Aaron Hardie for 12 runs. Captain Josh Inglis also failed to make an impact as he was dismissed for just seven runs.
During the 14th over of the Australia innings, Haris Rauf bowled a short-pitched delivery just outside off stump. Matthew Short executed a pull shot, but Irfan Khan, stationed at deep square leg, took a clean catch to dismiss him. Short had to depart to the dressing room after scoring 22 runs off 30 balls.
After taking the wicket, Haris celebrated with a gesture similar to Hardik Pandya’s iconic 'shoulder shrug' celebration from the T20 World Cup. This celebration was first seen when Hardik had dismissed Shadab Khan. Hardik also did the same after India's victory in the ICC tournament on June 29.

Haris Rauf Sends Glenn Maxwell Packing For 0
Haris then picked up the wicket of Glenn Maxwell for a duck in the match. It's worth noting that Maxwell was dismissed by Rauf in the first two ODI matches as well. The Pakistan fast bowler finished as the leading wicket-taker in the series with 10 wickets in three matches at an impressive average of 12.
Nine deliveries. Three wickets.
