People love me and I cannot take this for granted - Rohit Sharma

Talking about the same to veteran journalist Vimal Kumar on his YouTube channel, Rohit said that he cannot take the love of people for granted. When asked if he had ever thought of being called Raja of Mumbai, he said that he never imagined this, saying that for him, as a kid who was trying to find a place in the Ranji Trophy, he had never thought of this. He said:

"People love me and I cannot take this for granted. I really appreciate this. Who thinks all this? Whoever thinks will be crazy. I am 16 years old and I am playing cricket. I am trying to make a place in the Ranji Trophy team. One day I will reach a place where people will call me the king of Mumbai. This does not happen."
