RCB Secure Top-Two Spot with Thrilling Six-Wicket Victory Over LSG

Chasing a target of 228 runs, Virat Kohli gave RCB a strong start with 54 runs off 30 balls, including 10 boundaries. Jitesh Sharma then took control in the final overs, coming in at No. 6 and scoring a blazing 85 runs off just 33 deliveries, featuring eight fours and six maximums.

Sharma built a crucial 107-run partnership with Mayank Agarwal, who contributed 41 runs from 23 balls, for the sixth wicket to secure the victory. He sealed the win with a towering six over square leg off Ayush Badoni.

Additionally, missed catches and backfoot no-balls from the Lucknow Super Giants helped tilt the game in RCB’s favor. Following this win, Bangalore climbed to second place on the points table and advanced to Qualifier 1.

Rishabh Pant Ton Lifts LSG to 227-3
