Chasing 181 runs, Delhi Capitals were reeling at 65/5 before Ashutosh Sharma and Sameer Rizvi steadied the ship. At the end of the 14th over, Delhi Capitals were on 103/5. With both Ashutosh and Rizvi well set and capable of playing the big shots, Delhi Capitals' hopes were still alive.
However, Mitchell Santner did not let the duo take Delhi Capitals home as he dismissed both of them in style in the 15th over. He first clean bowled Rizvi for 39 before getting Ashutosh stumped for 18.
On the second ball of the 15th over, the New Zealand star completely deceived Rizvi with a delivery that was bowled at just 77kph. Rizvi went for a sweep shot but was deceived by the slow delivery and was clean bowled. Two balls later, Mitchell Santner went on to outfox Ashutosh with a brilliant turning delivery.
