Team India pacer Mohammed Siraj was involved in a heated exchange with England opener Ben Duckett during the third session on Day 2 (Thursday, July 24) of the fourth Test at Old Trafford in Manchester. The right-arm fast bowler lost his cool at Duckett, and the video quickly went viral on social media.
Earlier, Mohammed Siraj was fined 15 percent of his match fee and received a demerit point for an over-the-top celebration after dismissing Ben Duckett on Day 4 of the previous Test at Lord's Cricket Ground. With the demerit point, Siraj may be more cautious about his on-field conduct going forward.

Ben Duckett Narrowly Misses Century in England’s First Innings of Manchester Test
Ben Duckett added a 166-run opening partnership with Zak Crawley in just under 32 overs. Duckett, who had previously scored 149 in the Leeds Test, missed his century by just six runs. The left-handed batter scored 94 runs off 100 deliveries, including 13 boundaries.
Duckett edged a delivery from debutant Anshul Kamboj, who claimed his first Test wicket with the dismissal. Notably, Kamboj became the fourth fast bowler from Haryana to pick up a Test wicket for India, joining the likes of Kapil Dev, Yograj Singh, and Chetan Sharma.
Both openers narrowly missed out on centuries as England posted 225/2 at stumps in response to India’s first-innings total. They trail by just 133 runs with eight wickets in hand heading into Day 3.
India Bowled Out for 358 Despite Good Start from Openers
India resumed Day 2 on 264/4 and were bowled out for 358. Rishabh Pant returned to bat despite a toe injury, scoring 54 runs, while Shardul Thakur added 41. Ben Stokes was the pick of the bowlers for England, claiming a five-wicket haul with figures of 5/72. Jofra Archer chipped in with three wickets.
India batted for 119.1 overs, with notable contributions from Sai Sudharsan (61 off 151) and Yashasvi Jaiswal (58 off 107). Debutant Anshul Kamboj and Ravindra Jadeja were the only Indian wicket-takers so far in the match.
England currently hold a 2-1 lead in the tightly contested five-match series, following wins at Headingley and Lord’s. India’s sole victory came in the second Test at Edgbaston, where they defeated the hosts by 336 runs.
