Noor Ahmad bowled an absolute beauty to dismiss Riyan Parag in the ongoing game between Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi.

The right-handed batsman walked out to bat at the end of the 14th over when Ravichandran Ashwin dismissed Vaibhav Suryavanshi for 57 runs to give Chennai Super Kings a much-needed breakthrough. Earlier in the same over, Ashwin had also dismissed a well-set Sanju Samson for 41 runs.

With Rajasthan Royals losing two well-set batsmen inside an over, the onus was on Riyan Parag to steady the ship. Rajasthan Royals needed 50 runs in the last six overs to win the game. However, the Assam star failed to deliver with the bat and was dismissed by Noor for just 3 runs.

On the fourth ball of the 16th over, the Afghan spinner bowled an absolute beauty to outfox Riyan Parag. Bowling from over the wicket, the left-arm spinner bowled one just outside the off stump, and Parag lunged forward to defend the ball.

Talking about the game, the Rajasthan Royals beat Chennai Super Kings by six wickets to return to winning ways. After the Royals lost three wickets in quick succession, Dhruv Jurel and Shimron Hetmyer steadied the ship to put their team in a strong position.

In the 17th over bowled by Ashwin, Jurel and Hetmyer collected 18 runs to all but put the game to bed. The Royals eventually crossed the finishing line in the 18th over when Jurel hit the first ball of the over from Matheesha Pathirana for a six.

Earlier in the game, CSK finished their innings on 187/8. The five-time champions were reeling at 78/5 at one stage but did well to recover and post a competitive total. In-form Ayush Mhatre top-scored for Chennai, scoring 43 runs off just 20 balls, while the likes of Dewald Brevis (42) and Shivam Dube (39) played crucial knocks too.
