India captain Rohit Sharma might have forgotten his team composition in the past while speaking at the toss, but this time, he made a different mistake. He made this blunder even before the first ball was bowled in the semi-final between India and Australia in Dubai.
While speaking at the toss, Rohit Sharma was asked about the team combination for this game. He replied by saying, "4 spinners and 2 spinners" instead of saying "4 spinners and 2 pacers".
Rohit Sharma's blunder was caught on camera, however, it was understandable what he actually wanted to say. India decided to play with the same combination that won them the last match against New Zealand.

It was not the first time that Rohit Sharma has made such a basic blunder at the toss or in the game. The Indian skipper is known for his witty responses during the press conferences as well.
Earlier, India lost the 14th toss in a row in ODI cricket. The Men in Blue already have the record for losing the most tosses in a row in ODI cricket. Netherlands had the record previously to their name as they had lost 11 tosses in a row.
Australia make two changes
Earlier, Australia's captain Steve Smith won the toss and elected to bat first on what looked like a slow wicket. Australia made two changes in their team.
Young spin bowling allrounder Cooper Connolly and the legspinner Tanveer Sangha replaced Matthew Short and Spencer Johnson. Matthew Short got injured in Australia's last group stage match against Afghanistan and was ruled out of the tournament.
Connolly provides a left-arm spin option and also opened the batting alongside Travis Head. Meanwhile, Tanveer Sangha was included as the extra spin bowling option to complement Adam Zampa.
Australia are playing this match with plenty of spin bowling options as spin bowlers are likely to have their say here. Their spin bowling options include Adam Zampa, Tanveer Sangha, Glenn Maxwell, and Cooper Connolly. Travis Head can also roll his arm over for some part-time off-spin.
India go unchanged
On the other hand, India's captain Rohit Sharma announced that India are going into this match unchanged. There were plenty of speculations before this game whether India will bring an extra fast bowler for this game.
However, the Men in Blue decided to go with the combination of four spinners and 2 fast bowlers, just like they did in their last group stage match against New Zealand.
It means that Varun Chakravarthy keeps his place after a brilliant performance in the last match, where he picked up a five-wicket haul. Chakravarthy produced match-winning figures of 5-42 in 10 overs.
It is expected to be thrilling contest between two outstanding teams. Both India and Australia have been unbeaten in the tournament so far. While India have won three games, Australia have won one match with two of their matches being washed out.
