A fan of Punjab Kings was almost involved in a fight with a fan of Royal Challengers Bengaluru during Tuesday's IPL 2025 match between LSG and PBKS. However, everything turned out to be fine later.

During the second innings of the match when the Kings were batting, a fan from RCB got excited after knowing that he was on live television. The fan fell over the Punjab Kings fan who was right in front of him, and as a result, drew an angry response from the latter.

The PBKS fan, who was the man with the turban, pushed the RCB fan backwards but didn't escalate the matter, fortunately. The matter was resolved and the focus continued on the match afterwards.

RCB looking in great form

Royal Challengers Bengaluru have shown plenty of promise this season as they sit on top of the points table after winning their first two matches in a convincing fashion. They defeated Kolkata Knight Riders in the opening match of the tournament for their first win.

RCB dominated the match and hardly allowed KKR to script a comeback. After restricting the opposition to a below-par score on a good batting surface, the batters put up an exhibition as the openers Phil Salt and Virat Kohli killed with a blistering opening wicket partnership.

In the second game, RCB bagged a win over the five-time champions Chennai Super Kings in another dominating win by 50 runs. It was their first win at Chepauk in 16 years and a momentous occasion for them.

Both of their victories came away from home which shows the team's determination to go all the way this year. RCB will next play Gujarat Titans in their first home game of the season at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru.

Punjab Kings on song

Coming to the match where the fans clashed, Punjab Kings continued their great form and just like RCB, showed their will to go all the way this year.

The Kings proved too hot to handle for Lucknow Super Giants as they were never in the game. LSG batted first and scored 171-7 on the back of knocks from Nicholas Pooran and Ayush Badoni. Punjab put up a collective performance with the ball.

In reply, Punjab Kings chased down the total within just 16.2 overs and eight wickets in hand. Shreyas Iyer struck his second fifty in a row while the youngsters Prabhsimran Singh and Nehal Wadhera showed excellent form with the bat.

Prabhsimran scored 69 off just 34 balls and was also adjudged the Player of the Match. Wadhera remained unbeaten on 43 off just 25 balls.
