Ravindra Jadeja once again shines with the ball

Jadeja looked terrific with the ball for India in the match against Mohammad Rizwan & Co. There were questions over the impact of the star all-rounder in white-ball cricket, but he made sure to shut down his critics.

In India's ICC Champions Trophy 2025 opener against Bangladesh, Ravindra Jadeja did not bag any wickets but he was quite economical. Before that, he had picked up 6 wickets in the series against England.

Meanwhile, Jadeja started off quite well in the high-octane match against Pakistan, and he bowled great lines and lengths. The left-arm spinner restricted the scoring rate and didn't let the batters fire.

Ravindra Jadeja got his first and only wicket in the match in the 37th over of the innings as he dismissed the explosive Pakistan batter, Tayyab Tahir.

On the first ball of the over, Jadeja bowled a tossed-up delivery to Tayyab Tahir. The ball landed around the good-length area, gripped, and turned away. Tahir got beaten on his defense and saw his stumps getting rattled.

He was back in the hut after scoring just 4 runs off 6 balls while Jadeja finished with the bowling figures of 7-0-40-1.
