Karnataka and South Zone batter Rohan Kunnummal stepped on a big stage as he slammed a magnificent century against East Zone in the ongoing final of the Deodhar Trophy 2023 at the Cricket Association Puducherry Siechem Ground in Puducherry.
Opting to bat, Rohan Kunnummal made sure that he takes his team off the flier in the high-pressure game. The right-hander came out with positive intent and looked to score runs right from the ball 1. He put East Zone bowlers under tremendous pressure and stitched 181 runs partnership with skipper Mayank Agarwal (63).
Rohan Kunnummal played some blistering strokes and ended up with a knock of 107 runs off 75 balls. He took just 68 balls to reach his ton. His impressive knock also included 11 fours and 4 sixes as he batted with a strike rate of 142.67 to lay a solid foundation for his team.

South Zone skipper Mayank Agarwal has been going through a rich vain of form in the ongoing Deodhar Trophy 2023. The opening batter has been racking up runs consistently and is one of the main reasons behind his team reaching the final of the domestic tournament.
Mayank Agarwal slammed a sensational half-century in the final and ended with the knock of 63 runs. With his knock, his tally reached 341 runs in 6 games. The batter has an average of 68.20 in the tournament and has smashed four fifties as well with a high score of 98.
