India National Cricket Team skipper Rohit Sharma isn't having a great game in the ongoing third Test against the New Zealand National Cricket Team. The final game of the three-match series between the teams is taking place at the iconic Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
Rohit Sharma yet again struggled to get going with the bat as he bagged another low score in the series. The captain led the team well his field placements and bowling changes were spot on as the New Zealand National Cricket Team got all out for 235 runs.
With the match being played in his hometown, it was expected that Rohit Sharma would start on a high note. The opening batter had a positive start, but he yet again perished early in the innings. The batter looked extremely disappointed as he walked back with his head down.

Rishabh Pant plays another valuable knock for India
While Rohit Sharma didn't have a great outing with the bat, Rishabh Pant made sure that he carried on his golden touch with the bat. The keeper-batter came to bat when the India National Cricket Team batter lost three wickets in the last 10 minutes of Day 1.
Rishabh Pant made sure that he saw the day through but was at his aggressive best on Day 3. Right from the start, the keeper-batter looked in a positive frame of mind and took the attack to the New Zealand National Cricket Team bowlers, slamming them all over the park.
Rishabh Pant joined hands with Shubman Gill (90) and the duo together bailed the India National Cricket Team out of trouble. They added 96 runs together and brought their team back into the game, putting the opposition under pressure.

Rishabh Pant looked all set for a big knock but perished after slamming a half-century. The keeper-batter ended with an innings of 60 runs off 59 balls. He batted with a strike rate of over 101 and also slammed 8 fours and 2 sixes in his innings. After his wicket, Shubman Gill also fell on the cusp of his century.
In the end, Washington Sundar played an unbeaten hand of 38 runs off 36 balls with 4 fours and 2 sixes in his innings. His effort with the bat provided India with a slender lead. India National Cricket Team got all out for 263 runs, taking a lead of 28 runs.
