Pakistan face back-to-back humiliation in Dubai
The biggest match of the Asia Cup 2025 is currently under between the arch-rivals India and Pakistan at the Dubai International Stadium on Sunday, September 14.
Things have been nasty for the Men In Green in the ongoing match as first Suryakumar Yadav denied shaking hands with Salman Agha, then DJ played 'Jalebi Baby' song instead of their national anthem.
To make things more humiliating for Pakistan, they lost two wickets in the first two overs itself, with Saim Ayub and Mohammad Haris getting dismissed for 0 and 3.
After that, Sahibzada Farhan joined forces with Fakhar Zaman and tried to bail Pakistan out of trouble, with the former playing some attacking shots.
Sahibzada Farhan hits two sixes off Jasprit Bumrah
Sahibzada Farhan and Fakhar were finding difficulty in facing Indian bowlers, but the former stole the limelight with a couple of sixes that he hit against the No.1 bowler in world cricket at the moment - Jasprit Bumrah.
On the third ball of the 4th over, Jasprit Bumrah bowled a good length ball to Sahibzada Farhan that angled in, and the batter set a steady base before launching the ball over wide long-on for a maximum.
That was not it, as in the 6th over, Farhan hit another six off the Indian pace spearhead. On the third ball of the over, Bumrah bowled a short length delivery at 133 kmph to Farhan, who pulled it over backward square for a six. India skipper Suryakumar Yadav gave a surprising reaction looking at the pacer getting smoked for six.

Notably, Farhan has become the first Pakistan batsman to hit a six off Jasprit Bumrah in international cricket and overall just the sixth batter to hit multiple sixes off the world-class pacer.
Before the match, Bumrah had bowled 391 deliveries against Pakistan without conceding a single six in international cricket.
I will not talk about Bumrah because there will be no contest in front of him - Saba Karim
Ahead of the India vs Pakistan match, Saba Karim said that Bumrah would make life hell for Pakistan players.
"The first battle I am looking forward to is Shaheen Shah Afridi versus Abhishek Sharma and Shubman Gill. Then how Kuldeep bowls in the middle overs.
"I will not talk about Bumrah because there will be no contest in front of him. Pakistan will at least want to compete. It is a given that India should win and we are expecting to see a large gap. Because India have a lot of quality, we hope they will win this," he said on Sony Sports Network.
