Mohammed Siraj and Virat Kohli are both known to wear the heart on their sleeves. Both of them are someone who are not shy from showing their emotions on the field. During Australia's second innings of the Perth Test against India, a similar incident occurred.
Siraj bowled a length ball to Travis Head from around the wicket. The ball jagged back in sharply after pitching but Head just got his bat down in time. The ball hit Head's inside edge onto his pad and he was lucky to be saved.
Mohammed Siraj had his hands on his head and fell backwards wondering how close it was. Interestingly, Virat Kohli, who was standing at second slip, was also seen showing exactly the same emotion as his teammate. The reactions of these two India players left the commentators in splits.

Virat Kohli has always been known to give it back to the opposition in terms of verbal volleys as he backs himself to give his all for his team. Similarly, Mohammed Siraj too likes to take the fight to the opposition.
Both of them used to play for the same IPL team Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) till last year. However, Siraj wasn't retained by RCB this year, resulting in his separation with Kohli. As a result, the fast bowler was signed by Gujarat Titans for INR 12.25 crore.

Both these players are having a good Test match in Perth so far. Virat Kohli scored a magnificent hundred in the second innings of the match after missing out on the first innings. Kohli smashed 100* off 143 balls and remained unbeaten till the end.
Kohli's form is a great sign for India as he was going through a rough patch of form in the last few months. The 36-year-old endured a poor home Test season which saw him aggregate just 93 runs in three Tests against New Zealand at an average of 15.50.
Meanwhile, Mohammed Siraj finished 2-20 in the first innings and has already picked up three out of the first five Australian wickets in the second innings so far. After having a poor home Test season, he has made a good start in Australia.
India in a commanding position
Meanwhile, India are currently in a strong position in Perth. After being bundled out for just 150, they bowled out Australia for a paltry 104 in the first innings, thus taking an important 46-run lead.
The visitors then piled up 487-6 in the second innings and gave Australia a massive target of 534 runs to win the match. Jaiswal smashed 161 while Kohli scored an unbeaten 100 for India. Chasing a massive target to win, Australia had already lost five wickets before putting 100 runs on the board.
