Apart from him, Devdutt Padikkal also played a vital hand for his team. The left-hander slammed half-century and ended with the innings of 50 runs off 27 balls. The Southpaw slammed four boundaries and three sixes during his stay at the crease, batting with the strike rate of over 185.
In the end, Tim David (23) and Jitesh Sharma (20*) also played vital hands that powered Royal Challengers Bengaluru to the total of 205 runs. For Rajasthan Royals, Sandeep Sharma picked two wickets while Jofra Archer and Wanindu Hasaranga also bagged one scalp each. The Rajat Patidar-led side are yet to win at home this season and would be hopeful of changing the result this time around.
