Fans on Twitter reacted India took an unassailable lead of 3-1 in the five-match T20I series against the Zimbabwe National Cricket Team. The Shubman Gill-led side won the fourth match of the series by 10 wickets on Saturday at the Harare Sports Club in Harare.

Asked to bat, Zimbabwe were off to a great start with the bat as Wessly Madhevere (25) and Tadiwanashe Marumani (32) put India bowlers under pressure with their start at the top. The duo added 63 runs for the opening stand and set a great platform for the others.

But the batters couldn’t cash on the start by the openers as Zimbabwe lost wickets at regular intervals. Skipper Sikandar Raza (46) kept his team in the hunt with his vital innings but couldn’t finish on high as Zimbabwe managed just 152 runs in a good batting track.

For India, Khaleel Ahmed was the pick of the bowlers as he bagged two wickets while Tushar Deshpande, Washington Sundar, Abhishek Sharma, and Shivam Dube bagged one wicket each.

In the chase, India didn’t put the foot wrong as they were aggressive right from the start. Yashasvi Jaiswal and Shubman Gill took Zimbabwe bowlers to the cleaners and smashed them all over the park, making the bowlers look clueless.

While Jaiswal scored an unbeaten 93 runs off 53 balls with 13 boundaries and two sixes, skipper Gill ended with 58* runs off 39 balls with six boundaries and two sixes. The duo added 156 runs for the opening stand as India chased the target with ten wickets and sealed the series with one game to go.
