From Stressed to Blessed" – Dhanashree Verma’s Cryptic Post After Divorce with Chahal

India National Cricket Team player Yuzvendra Chahal and his wife Dhanashree Verma have officially finalized the divorce. As per the reports in ABP, it is learned that they were supposed to appear before the court at 4 pm IST on Thursday (December 20).

The reports claimed that Yuzvendra Chahal and Dhanashree Verma were summoned before the family court in Bandra, Mumbai. The couple will be completing their final proceedings in court, and only after that will they get their official divorce certificate.

The reports added that both Chahal and Dhanashree Verma decided to part ways through mutual consent. The talks related to their divorce have been hogging the headlines for the last few months, even though the couple are yet to make an official statement.

The separation news of Chahal and Dhanashree Verma came into the news after the couple unfollowed each other on Instagram. Following that, they also deleted pictures with each other on social media, and it almost confirmed that things were not right between the duo.

With reports of Chahal and Dhanashree Verma getting their divorce finalized, both of them posted cryptic stories on their social media. The cricketer thanked God for always being there, adding that the almighty has protected him more times than he can count.

“God has protected me more times than I can count. So I can only imagine the times I’ve been rescued that I don’t even know about. Thank you, god, for always being there even when I don’t know it. Amen," Yuzvendra Chahal wrote.

Dhanashree Verma, on the other hand, also thanked God for making her life stressed to blessed. She also stated that there is power in having faith in God. Dhanashree wrote:

You can either keep worrying or you can surrender it all to God and choose to pray about everything. There is power in having faith that God can work all things together for your good."

Yuzvendra Chahal and Dhanashree Verma got married to each other in Gurugram in December 2020. The couple came to talking terms during the Covid period when the cricketer joined Dhanashree’s YouTube dance classes. Following some time together, they got engaged.

Yuzvendra Chahal hasn't featured for India National Cricket Team after the T20 World Cup 2024. He will be next seen in action during the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025. The leg-spinner was picked by Punjab Kings in the league for a whopping amount of 18 crore.
