With the coronavirus outbreak bringing the sporting world to a halt, a number of cricketers have been busy spending more time on social media and interacting with their fans. On Friday, India women team’s star player Smriti Mandhana also engaged in a question and answer round with her fans on Twitter.

As usual, the fans asked her a number of questions and Smriti Mandhana answered most of them. The question ranged from her career, IPL as well as her personal life. And one of her followers asked about her relationship status, asking whether she is single.

In reply, Smriti Mandhana came up with an interesting answer. Instead of saying yes or no, she said that she does not know, posting the following tweet.

The fans then took it as a no from Smriti Mandhana and another user asked her whether she prefers love marriage or arranged marriage. The star player once again hit the ball out of the park, writing:

“I prefer Love-ranged”

The fans were not done yet and one of them then asked her to reveal the criteria for being her life partner. In reply, Smriti Mandhan wrote:

“Number 1-He should love me. Number 2-He should follow criteria number one ??Winking face with tongue”

Meanwhile, India is currently observing a 21-day lockdown in an attempt to limit the spread of coronavirus. The pandemic has already claimed lives of more than 50 people in the country and has infected over 2,300. The deadly outbreak has also led to suspension of nearly every sporting event around the global. The IPL 2020 was also deferred till mid-April.
