Match Progress:

It was Bangladesh, who won the toss and got the nightmare of starts, courtesy Malinga. The in-form Das and Shakib walked back to the pavilion without troubling the scorers.

Meanwhile, adding insult to the injury, their most reliable batsman Tamim Iqbal was struck with an injury before walking out as a retired hurt.

Currently, Mushfiqur Rahim and the newbie Mohammed Mithun are fighting for the survival in the curtain-raiser of the Asia Cup 2018. Moreover, it would be interesting how Lasith Malinga will deliver in his second spell.
