Over the years, Ishant Sharma has failed to address his no-ball issue. There have been many incidents when Ishant Sharma ended on the wrong side of things for delivering a no-ball. He was once again affected with it when he wrapped Aaron Finch in front of the wickets. Meanwhile, Virat Kohli reveals he was pissed off after it.

Meanwhile, Ishant Sharma bowled brilliantly in both the innings of the game, but unfortunately, he finished with only three wickets to his name. However, as far as the intent is concerned, he is right up there with the rest of the bowlers.

We look to correct those mistakes – Virat Kohli

Speaking in the press conference, Virat Kohli revealed Ishant Sharma is not in a great state despite securing the victory. He quoted Sharma wants to get rid of his flaws as quickly as possible to come good for India. Further, he added the team members are pretty determined in correcting things in their next games. “Ishant was pissed off right now – we are all very happy celebrating but he was very angry with himself and asked I why and he said: ‘You can’t afford to bowl a no-ball being the senior guy. Having played so many games in a crunch situation and the umpire probably would have given that out’,” Kohli said. “So that could be a difference at a more important stage in the series. Guys take ownership of those things. We look to correct those mistakes.”

“So this incident that’s happened, I am sure Ishant is going to be obsessed about not doing it again, just like how we improved our batting straight away in the second innings at the top of the order. Guys want to learn as soon as they can, take responsibility themselves, and they are not hiding from it,” he added.

Well, it would be interesting to see how things would turn out for Ishant Sharma in the coming future. Meanwhile, as Virat Kohli, Indian team looking pretty solid in their mindset and also with their skills.
