The final hurdle of a long tour for the Indian team awaits them. The T20I was drawn, India won their maiden Test series in Australia and now have a chance to end the tour on a high. India will go into the decider and would aim to check the final box on the Australia tour. Meanwhile, Australia won the first ODI by 34 runs whereas India bounced back to win the second by six wickets. We try to decode India’s Predicted Playing XI.

On the other hand, there were a lot of positives for the Men in Blue in the second match. Bhuvneshwar Kumar scalped four wickets and looked at his absolute best. He bowled with control and this performance will give him confidence. Most importantly, MS Dhoni showed that he still has in him what it takes to get India over the finishing line. The former skipper rotated the strike with aplomb and this knock must have added a shot in the arm.

The southpaw opener gave a brisk start to the Indian team as he scored 32 runs off 28 balls. Consequently, Dhawan will like to continue in a similar fashion and get a big score under his belt.

Rohit Sharma

Rohit Sharma scored 43 runs in the second match and once again looked in good form. However, the Indian vice-captain played a rash shot to get out.

Virat Kohli

Virat Kohli was once again at his usual best in the previous match. The Indian captain scored 104 to help India get over the line. Kohli will like to continue his sublime form going.

Ambati Rayudu

Ambati Rayudu’s form is a cause of concern for the Indian think tank. Rayudu was looking for ways to get out in the previous match and could not get going.

MS Dhoni

Dhoni is back and back in style.

MS Dhoni was able to return back to form. Dhoni was able to prove his mettle as he rotated the strike with aplomb. The talisman batsman wasn’t in the best of form and this knock would have added to his confidence.

Dinesh Karthik played another crucial knock to help India get over the line. Karthik is relishing the role of the finisher and he is doing a fine job in playing little cameos.

Ravindra Jadeja had effected a brilliant run-out to dismiss Usman Khawaja. Furthermore, Jadeja scalped the wicket of Peter Handscomb. Thus, Jadeja will like to keep delivering the goods.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar was able to strike back form in the previous match. Kumar took four wickets and looked at his absolute best. India’s premier fast bowler will like to continue in a similar fashion.

Kuldeep Yadav was on the expensive side in the second ODI. The mystery chinaman will like to get back into form as he is going to be India’s X-Factor.

Mohammed Shami

Mohammed Shami has bowled with fire in the ongoing series. Shami will like to keep performing in a similar fashion and the fast bowler has done a good job.

Khaleel Ahmed

India’s quest for the third seamer will continue. As Mohammed Siraj was expensive on his debut, India can get in Khaleel Ahmed. The southpaw fast bowler has thus far impressed with his bowling.
