Australia vs India 2018-19: Watch - Bhuvneshwar Kumar Completes his Century of Wickets

India’s premier fast bowler Bhuvneshwar Kumar completed his century of wickets in the One Day International format in style. Kumar got the ball to nip back into Australia’s skipper Aaron Finch to knock out his stumps. Finch got an inside edge which chopped back to the stumps. Thus, Kumar gave an ideal start to the Indian team in the first One-Dayer International at the Sydney Cricket Ground.

Aaron Finch was Bhuvneshwar Kumar’s hundredth wicket in the 50-overs format. Meanwhile, Bhuvneshwar Kumar didn’t play any Test matches in the four-match series. In fact, many former players believe that Bhuvneshwar Kumar should have been part of the playing XI in the second Test match at Perth.

Meanwhile, Australia won the toss and decided to bat first in the first match of the three-match series. Both teams will like to get off a to a good start.

India has got in Mohammed Shami and Dinesh Karthik in their playing XI. On the other hand, Jason Behrendorff is making his debut for Australia. He became the 227th ODI player for the Australian side.

Meanwhile, Australia is currently batting at 41-2 in 10 overs and will like to get a big score to challenge the Indian side. India has a potent batting line-up.

Kuldeep Yadav also struck in his first over as he sent back Australia’s vice-captain Alex Carey. The southpaw batsman tried to cut the ball which was too close to his stumps and got an outside edge. India’s deputy Rohit Sharma took a sharp catch at the first slip as the ball was travelling at the great speed.
