India’s all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja celebrated his fifty in his typical fashion. Jadeja swung his bat like a sword after getting to his 10th Test fifty. Jadeja has added a gargantuan partnership of unbeaten 150 runs with Rishabh Pant. The Indian wicketkeeper-batsman has scored his second Test hundred and he scored 159 runs. Pant became the first Indian wicketkeeper-batsman to score hundred in Australia.

Meanwhile, Ravindra Jadeja had received his chance in the third Test match at Melbourne Cricket Ground. Jadeja could not contribute with the bat in the previous match. However, the talisman all-rounder had scalped five wickets in the previous game. Jadeja scalped two wickets in the first dig and three in the second essay of the match.

Jadeja scored 81 runs.

Consequently, India went on to win by 137 runs. Meanwhile, Jadeja could not get a place in the side in the first two Test matches. Ravichandran Ashwin played in the first match at Adelaide whereas the visitors went with all-out pace attack in the second Test match at Perth.

On the other hand, Ravindra Jadeja had scored a fine knock of unbeaten 86 in the Oval Test match against England. Subsequently, he scored his maiden Test hundred against the Windies in the second Test match.

Meanwhile, Cheteshwar Pujara scored a fine knock of 193 to put India into a commanding position. Furthermore, Rishabh Pant scored a fine knock. India is leading the four-match series by 2-1 and Australia have their backs against the wall. The huge partnership of Jadeja and Pant has further added salt to Australia’s injury.

The visitors had won the first Test match by 31 runs whereas they won the third Test match by 137 runs.
