Australia vs India 2018: Virat Kohli, Krunal Pandya Impress Harbhajan Singh

Harbhajan Singh is pleased with team India, as they managed to win the third game of the three-match T20I series by six wickets at the SCG on Wednesday. However, skipper Virat Kohli and all-rounder Krunal Pandya made some vital contribution to make it possible eventually.

Meanwhile, Virat Kohli once again led the side from the front and hit the winning runs, as India levelled the series 1-1 with the victory. Moreover, Krunal Pandya played a crucial role in the bowling, as he had bagged four wickets to his name. He rattled the middle order to help India reduced some pressure in the middle. Earlier in the day, Australian skipper, Aaron Finch won the toss and put the visitors to field first.

Aussies got off to an excellent start, as their opening pair added 68 runs for the first wicket. However, the middle-order couldn’t continue the flow; but later Marcus Stoinis and Nathan Coulter-Nile added some vital 33 runs for the seventh wicket and posted a score of 164 runs at the end of 20th over.

Meanwhile, Virat Kohli came up with the goods and completed his 19th T20I fifty to take India over the line. Earlier, the openers had a perfect start, but the middle-order couldn’t sustain the flow. Later, skipper Kohli along with Dinesh Karthik contributed 60 runs for the fifth wicket and imposed a win over the hosts.

However, Krunal Pandya who gained the Man of the Match was not fortunate enough at the beginning, as Rohit dropped a catch on Pandya’s very first delivery of his first over. Later, he bowled brilliantly and proved himself once again to be the best all-rounder for the team.

Furthermore, Harbhajan Singh is hugely delightful to see the epic performance from team India. He also congratulated Virat Kohli and Krunal Pandya for their interesting contribution with the bat and ball.
