CSK and RCB, two franchises that have pretty much similarities in certain aspects. Both the franchises boast some legends of world cricket and have been led by Indian captains.

Moreover, the team owners of CSK and RCB have been surrounded by controversies too.

But when it comes to winning games, the two teams are miles apart. Former New Zealand batsman and skipper, Brendon McCullum has outlined a key difference between both the teams.

Brendon McCullum Differentiates Between CSK And RCB

“One team gives selection loyalty and works on the team they have; the other chases a perfect team and doesn’t have a blueprint for how they are going to play. “CSK has very little “white noise” around them. RCB have too much,” McCullum was quoted as saying in Cricbuzz.

CSK has been the best team of the tournament so far when it comes to winning games. They have reached the playoffs in every season that they have played.

The Chennai-based franchise has also won the tournament thrice and has dominated the most competitive T20 franchise league tournament in the world like a boss.

RCB, on the other hand, have not performed according to their standards so far.

The team has had some of the best payers in world cricket including but not limited to Virat Kohli, Chris Gayle, and AB de Villiers. But, they have been able to reach the final of the tournament only twice since its inception and have lost both the finals too.

McCullum, who has played for both the franchises, clearly identifies the difference between them which goes on to show as to why CSK have put on a greater show than its Southern arch-rival.
