Dan Christian Drops F Bomb As He Asks Glenn Maxwell "What the f*** are you doing here"
Glenn Maxwell continued his stunning run of form in the ongoing Big Bash League as he powered Melbourne Stars to an impressive win over Melbourne Renegades on Friday. He came to the crease when Stars were reeling at 54 for 3 in the seventh over while chasing a competitive total of 169. Another wicket at that stage would have made things trickier for the Stars.
However, Glenn Maxwell did not let the Renegades capitalise on it as he came up with a batting masterclass. Such was his knock that Stars chased down the Renegades total with ease and eight balls to spare. Glenn Maxwell plundered 83 not out from just 45 balls, including one four and a whopping seven sixes. 49 off those runs came off the last 16 balls.

The f-bomb:
While Glenn Maxwell was batting, he was involved in an interesting duel with his opposite number Dan Christian. Incidentally, Glenn Maxwell finished the game by dispatching Dan Christian for a big six. And after the game, both the players were involved in an animated discussion. At first, it looked like Dan Christian was unhappy with Maxwell for some reason.
However, it was later found out that Dan Christian was only asking Maxwell why he was not in India with Australia’s ODI side that’s preparing for a three-game tour beginning next week.
“What the f*** are you doing here?,” Christian told Maxwell while the players were shaking hands after the match.

Not a bad effort from us tonight, decent score on a good wicket, @Gmaxi_32 just far too good for us, and for this level!!
FYI – no beef between myself and Glenn at the end – I was just asking him why he wasn’t in India?! ?

Earlier in the match, a fine fifty from Shaun Marsh helped Renegades put up a competitive total of 168 for 7. Marsh, who was promoted as opener, added 86 runs with fellow opener Marcus Harris, who had been promoted too as Renegades were without their captain Aaron Finch. Finch is currently in India for the ODI series. With the win, Stars remain on top with seven victories from eight games while Renegades remain winless.
