England woman cricketer Danielle Wyatt was impressed with the way India thrashed Pakistan in the Asia Cup in Super Four on September 23 (Sunday).

However, Wyatt is not just a fan of Indian captain Virat Kohli but also a blind follower of India’s performance on the field. She was amongst one of teh fans who was overjoyed after Rohit Sharma, and Co. bullied arch-rivals Pakistan.

Pakistan’s openers, Imam-ul-Haq and Fakhar Zaman once again failed to give their team a good start as Yuzvendra Chahal picked up the early wicket of Imam. India did well to restrict Pakistan to 237 for seven at the end of 50 overs. The bowlers did some splendid job in the death overs as well.

However, while chasing down the target Pakistan bowlers failed to put pressure on the Indian opener. Rohit and Dhawan partnered brilliantly scoring 210 runs for the first wicket. It has helped India to give a ray of hope against the arch-rival Pakistan in the Super 4.

Moreover, Pakistan only managed to take a wicket in the 34th over.

Dhawan and Rohit both scored a brilliant century for his nation and Rohit past his 7000 runs. Dhawan is at his best as he secured two centuries in the Asia Cup. This was India’s heaviest victory over Pakistan in terms of wickets. Furthermore, it was India’s most hard-hitting victories over Pakistan, especially after the big loss in the final of the Champions Trophy last year.
