ENG vs IND 2018: Twitter Trolls Michael Vaughan for Picking England as Favorites for Decider

Twitter came down hard at former England skipper Michael Vaughan, as he predicted England would win the ODI series 2-1 against India.

The three-match ODI series is tied at 1-1 with both teams winning one match each. India was able to draw first blood, as they went on to win the game by eight wickets.

Meanwhile, the hosts England was able to make a comeback into the series, as they won the second One-Dayer by 86 runs. More importantly, England’s talisman batsman Joe Root was able to get back into form, as he scored a fine hundred to take England’s score to 322 runs.

Another gripping match is on the cards.

Thus, the stage is set for another gripping decider between the two teams. In fact, India was able to bag the T20I series by 2-1. Therefore, the tourists would aim to win one more limited-overs series on English soil.

Kuldeep Yadav had scalped six wickets in the first match. Furthermore, Rohit Sharma went on to score his 18th ODI hundred. However, England was able to bounce back in the series.

The third ODI will take place at Headingley, Leeds on Tuesday. The live telecast will start at 5:00 pm IST.

Meanwhile, Bhuvneshwar Kumar is expected to return to India’s playing XI in the series decider. The back issues had kept Bhuvneshwar on the sidelines.

However, India’s pack leader was seen sweating it out in the practice session of the Indian team. Thus, he can make his place in the final XI.
