Team India skipper Virat Kohli was seen addressing his fans after India thrashed England by 203 runs in the Trent Bridge Test to make the scoreline 1-2 in the five-match series.

It was a much-needed victory for the visiting team especially after losing the previous two Tests. In Nottingham, it was an excellent overall performance by the number one Test team which saw them winning the match quite convincingly.

Meanwhile, coming back to captain Kohli, he was the top scorer for India as expected and also won the Man of the Match Award for his knocks of 97 and 103 in both innings. It was superb knocks from Virat Kohli which laid the platform for the bowlers to rise to the occasion. Following the victory, the India captain addressed his fans which included quite a few kids as well.

Virat Kohli has been in great touch in the series so far 

One kid was continually urging Virat to take a selfie with him. After signing a few autographs, Virat went up to the fan and took the selfie. He further asked, “Are you happy now.”?

There is no doubt about the fact that Virat has a huge fan following and it was just one of those moments when he obliged his young fan. Even in the past, we have seen Kohli delighting his pocket-sized fans.

Virat Kohli has been in superb form across all formats of the game. He has already smashed 58 international centuries which goes onto prove his class and consistency.

After receiving flak for his performances in England back in 2014, Kohli has shown why he is the number one batsman in the world irrespective of formats.

The India skipper is a sensational batsman and will want to continue his dream run in a country where he was exposed down to a bully.

Following his two centuries in the ongoing series so far, Kohli has leapfrogged former Aussie skipper Steve Smith to be the number one batsman in Tests. After the dominating performance in the 3rd Test, the visitors will definitely back themselves to win the series
