The first Test of the three-match Wisden Trophy between England and West Indies will take place at the bio-secure Ageas Bowl in Southampton.

Both sides warmed up earlier this week via an inter-squad warm-up game. Regular captain Joe Root will not be leading the home side at the Ageas Bowl since he has already left the bio-bubble to be with his wife, who is expecting their second child.

Ben Stokes, the Durham all-rounder, will lead the 13-member squad in Joe Root’s absence.

The tourists, however, have already named a 15-member squad, adding Shanon Gabriel, who has moved up the reserve list.
