Hardus Viljoen Not Playing Cos He's Lying In Bed With My Sister, Says Faf du Plessis: Watch
South Africa captain Faf du Plessis, who is currently plying his trade in the Mzansi Super League (MSL), has probably the greatest line during the toss in cricket. Currently leading the Paarl Rocks in the tournament, Faf du Plessis came up with an hilarious line after the presenter asked him about any change in the playing eleven of the team for the game against Nelson Mandela Bay on Sunday.
Hardus Viljoen was dating du Plessis’s Remi Rhynners and the two love birds tied the knot on Saturday. Viljoen, who took has taken a Kolpak route, played for Kings XI Punjab in the IPL. He had made a stunning start to his Test career by picking up the wicket of legendary Alastair Cook in 2016 on the very first ball of his Test career.
Now talking about the latest incident, Faf du Plessis hilariously replied that Hardus Viljoen is not playing against Nelson Mandela Bay as he was lying in bed with his sister given that they got married a day before. Unsurprisingly, the presenter burst into laughter and was struggling to control it as du Plessis walked away.
“Hardus Viljoen not playing today because he’s lying in bed with my sister as they got married yesterday,” Faf du Plessis said at the toss.
Here is the video of that hilarious incident:
