India skipper Virat Kohli came up with a photo on his Twitter account and asked his fans to Caption the same. Subsequently, fans reacted to the photo to Virat Kohli’s photo. In fact, some of the fans reacted with funny memes to the photograph. Meanwhile, India’s third World Cup match against New Zealand was called off after persistent rain in Trent Bridge, Nottingham.

Both teams are undefeated in the tournament and everyone was looking forward to the contest with all the zest. However, rain once again played a killjoy in the tournament. In fact, this was the fourth time in the World Cup when rain played the spoilsport and the teams had to share the points.

On the other hand, the Indian team have won their two opening matches. India defeated South Africa by six wickets after Yuzvendra Chahal scalped four wickets and Rohit Sharma scored an unbeaten knock of 122 runs off 144 balls.

Subsequently, India won their second contest against Australia by 36 runs. The Indian team posted a gargantuan score of 352 runs after Shikhar Dhawan scored a fine knock of 117 runs from 109 balls. Furthermore, Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli scored half-centuries to help India get to a par score. MS Dhoni and Hardik Pandya had provided the finishing touches to India’s innings.

Meanwhile, the Indian team came up with a collective bowling performance to halt Australia. Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Jasprit Bumrah scalped three wickets each.

On the other hand, Virat Kohli had scored a fine knock of 82 runs against Australia and he would like to continue his good form going. Meanwhile, India will play their next match against arch-rivals Pakistan on 16th June at Old Trafford, Manchester.
