South Africa Cricket team have named a strong in a bid to end their barren run in the ICC World Cup starting from May 30 in England and Wales. Popularly known as chokers, the Proteas will enter the tournament, not as favourites but have the pedigree to create major upsets.

South Africa have relied on the experience of Hashim Amla ahead of Reeza Hendricks. Amla will look to repay the trust shown by the selectors and if he gets going, South Africa will have a clear chance of progressing to the next stage. Meanwhile, Imran Tahir and JP Duminy will retire after the ICC World Cup 2019 and will be keen to put their best feet forward.
