South Africa’s gun fast bowler Kagiso Rabada and Virat Kohli shared great rivalry when India toured the Proteas in early 2018. It was a great battle between the two players who are best in the business. In fact, both Rabada and Kohli are players who refuse to give off an inch to their opposition. Meanwhile, Kagiso Rabada had recently stated that Virat Kohli is an ‘immature’ guy.

Rabada had said that it is fine with Virat Kohli if he is the only one who is giving his piece of mind. However, Rabada revealed that the Indian skipper loses his cool when he had given him back as he got angry. Subsequently, a journalist asked Kohli to respond to Rabada’s comments in the pre-match press conference.

We will discuss it one on one – Virat Kohli.

Kohli said that if there is anything to be discussed with the Proteas rising star, he will have one to one session with the pacer.

Kohli said in the presser, ‘I’ve played against him so many times. ‘If anything needs to be discussed, we can discuss it man to man.’

Earlier, Kagiso Rabada had taken the dig at Virat Kohli in his interview with Cricket Monthly for ESPNCricinfo. In fact, both Rabada and Kohli likes to take the bull by its horns and both are vocal when they play against each other.

Rabada had said recently, ‘Virat hit me for a boundary and then he had a word. And then when you give it back to him, he gets angry. I don’t get the guy. Maybe he does it because it gets him going, but that comes across as very immature for me

‘He is a phenomenal player but he can’t take the abuse. But those things can’t distract you. In fact, for me it just wakes me up, if anything.’

Meanwhile, Kagiso Rabada and Virat Kohli will have one more chance of going against each other when India will open their World Cup campaign against South Africa at Rose Bowl, Southampton.

South Africa is dealing with injury woes as Dale Steyn is ruled out of the tournament. Furthermore, Lungi Ngidi is out of the clash against India. However, Hashim Amla has recovered from the head injury.
