Rajasthan Royals (RR) will host the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the 43rd match of the Indian Premier League’s (IPL) edition 2018. Ajinkya Rahane-led team has won only four matches out of the ten they have played and they would need a win to stay alive in the tournament.

On the other hand, Super Kings once again look at the top of their game.

The yellow brigade won seven matches out of the ten they have played. Thus, Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s team look all settle – to seal their playoffs berth.

When both these teams had met earlier in the season, Chennai had cruised to a 64 run win. Thus, the visitors will aim to continue their good form against Rajasthan. Meanwhile, Royals will aim to keep themselves afloat in the tournament by pushing for a revenge.

Here is a look at the Predicted Playing XI of Rajasthan Royals:

Ajinkya Rahane hasn’t looked at his best with the bat in this season.

However, Royals skipper will like to give a good platform to his team in the imperative upcoming matches.

Jos Buttler:

Jos Buttler has regained his form. The Royal’s gloveman has scored three fifties in the last three matches and has looked at the top of his game.

Sanju Samson:

Sanju Samson has veered out of the track in the last few games.

However, the stylish batsman will like to get back to his prime form.

Ben Stokes:

Ben Stokes hasn’t ticked the right boxes with the bat. Nonetheless, he was able to chip in with the ball in the last match as he scalped one wicket and conceded only 13 runs in his two overs.

Rahul Tripathi:

Rahul Tripathi has looked out of sorts in this season. However, he can be roped in place of Stuart Binny as the all-rounder was not utilized as a bowler in the last game.

Krishnappa Gowtham:

Krishnappa Gowtham has done a good job with the ball.

Albeit, the move to send him up the order in the last match didn’t pay dividends.

Mahipal Lomror has received only two chances thus far. The youngster is expected to get another shot in the playing XI.

Royals will have their work cut out against Chennai.

Jofra Archer has impressed with his sharp pace and bounce in the ongoing IPL.

However, the Jamaican-born all-rounder has registered two golden ducks in the last two matches.

Jaydev Unadkat:

Jaydev Unadkat hasn’t able to live up to the huge expectations. The southpaw medium pacer will like to get back into form.

Ish Sodhi had a terrific last match. The leg-spinner had scalped one wicket and gave away only 14 runs.

The Kiwi spinner is expected to extract good turn from the Jaipur surface.

Moreover, Kulkarni will like to make a statement as he was dropped in the last couple of matches.
