IPL 2018: Jacques Kallis in Awe of Dinesh Karthik's Leadership Quality

Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) chief coach, Jacques Kallis has showered heaps of praise on skipper Dinesh Karthik saying that he is leading the team from the front in the ongoing edition eleven of the Indian Premier League (IPL).
Meanwhile, Kolkata takes on a rejuvenated Rajasthan Royals (RR) in an all-important clash on May 15. Both the team will be striving for two points and close in on the playoffs.
While Kolkata is the on the third spot, Rajasthan finds themselves on the fourth place. However, both the team are tied at 12 points each but Kolkata have a slightly better Net Run-Rate.
Kolkata, however, has had a new captain this year after Gautam Gambhir shifted his base to Delhi to represent old-franchise Delhi Daredevils (DD). Karthik was brought as the skipper of the side and so far he has done a good job.

The veteran cricketer Kallis, meanwhile, seemed impressed by the way Karthik has led the team so far.
Moreover, the wicket-keeper has led the by an example and Kallis also hailed his game-reading quality.
The South African legend Jacques Kallis is hopeful that they will come up with a good gameplan and continue the winning momentum.
“He likes leading from the front, he leads with a lot of energy. He obviously has got a lot of experience and understands the game pretty well. It’s been a fairly smooth transition. Hopefully, we can come up with good gameplan tomorrow so that he leads us to victory,” Kallis said ahead of the Royals game as he was quoted by IANS.
Karthik has so far registered 371 runs from 12 games and has almost contributed in all the games.
The team management will want him to continue this effort in the remaining fixtures.
Meanwhile, Kolkata will have a task in hand to stop the inform Jos Buttler and make inroads in Rajasthan set up.
