One of Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s trustable warrior in the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) franchise, Ravindra  Jadeja has spilled beans about his leader’s team huddle talks of late.

Meanwhile, CSK are on a roll in this tournament grabbing the second spot in the ongoing Indian Premier League’s (IPL) points table. They have won seven out of their 10 games and are well in line for the playoff stage.

Moreover, Dhoni has been in vintage form leading Chennai team from the front. He has already notched up 360 runs including three fifties at an average of 90.

Also, the rich form of Ambati Rayudu at the top has boosted the Super Kings. The remaining cricketers also chipped in with useful contributions when required.

Dhoni has faith in everybody –

Jadeja revealed that Dhoni isn’t someone who will pinpoint players to lay the blame for the team’s defeats or victories.

Instead, the captain cool believes in a collective effort and responsibilities.

Whether we win or lose, our motive is always to not blame anyone in particular for that. Whatever the result, it’s because of the team’s effort. That’s our mantra. It is something that binds the team together,” iplt20.com quotes Jadeja.

The experienced all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja also added that Dhoni instills a lot of confidence in players and shows full faith in them.

Fondly known as ‘Jaddu’, he also added that the former India skipper believes in togetherness, no matter what the result is.

Mahi bhai (MS Dhoni) always says, ‘we win together, we lose together.’ It’s amazing when your leader has faith in you and gives you the confidence that win or lose, we stick together,” he added.

Meanwhile, CSK players are enjoying a short break before they return to the field on May 11 when they face Rajasthan Royals at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur.
