Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) match-winner, Yuzvendra Chahal will miss his teammate Chris Woakes as the England cricketers left for their national duty amid the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL).

Meanwhile, England will play their first Test against Pakistan starting from May 24. England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) had earlier asked the cricketers to report by or before May 17.

Woakes was a part of the playing XI in the initial days of the tournament. He played five games but failed to make a long-lasting impression.

The handy bowling all-rounder picked eight wickets and at one stage was the holder of the purple cap. He has been somewhat scratchy in between to lose his spot in the XI.

However, he saw a downslide in his performance and leaked runs at an economy-rate of 10.37. Eventually, he lost his place in the playing XI, however, it seemed like he enjoyed playing under Virat Kohli.

Chahal will miss Woakes aka ‘chintu’ brother

Miss you my chintu brother see you soon @chriswoakes,” Chahal wrote.

The England seamer left an emotional message much like Ben Stokes and Jos Buttler. He dedicated a special message for his teammates and hoped RCB will go all the way and lay their hands on the glittering trophy.

Moeen Ali also joined the conversation then as the fans also enjoyed the conversation.

Meanwhile, RCB is still in contention for a playoff berth and will have to win both their remaining matches against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and Rajasthan Royals (RR).

Interestingly, they have peaked at the right time and is looking like a team to beat now.
