CSK Fans Go Mad As Suresh Raina, MS Dhoni 'Reunite' Ahead Of IPL 2020

The 13th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) is all set to begin from 29th March, this year. However, little over 25 days before the tournament, fans have gone wild after seeing two of the legends reunite for probably the one last time, for the IPL franchise Chennai Super Kings (CSK).

One of the most successful franchises of the IPL so far, the CSK have begun their preparations for the upcoming season. Many players of the team reached Chennai on Monday – to start their training in order to win their fourth IPL title.

For the same, the franchise’s superhero, MS Dhoni, also reached Chennai to join the team for the practice sessions at Chepauk.

However, the ‘Thala’, Suresh Raina was already there and as Dhoni reached, both of them met with enormous warmth.

Raina and Dhoni are the two cult figures in Chennai an are probably the most loved boys of the franchise. They began their IPL career with the southern giants and have been there until now. This could probably be the last season where these two legends of Indian cricket reunite for the final time and thrash their oppositions.

CSK’s official Twitter handle released the video of how Dhoni and Raina greeted each other when they met in the hotel.

As seen in the video, Raina and Dhoni greeted each other with a warm hug but Raina went a step further and kissed Dhoni on his neck, sending CSK fans into a frenzy on Twitter.

Chennai will start their campaign against defending champions Mumbai Indians (MI) at the Wankhede Stadium on March 29.

MS Dhoni Has A Major Task At Hand, As Suresh Raina Is Ready To Roll:

After Indians, who have won four IPL trophies, CSK are the second most successful IPL side with three title wins.

Last year, they suffered a narrow defeat in the summit clash and would want to go all the way this season.

CSK have retained their core group of players in their squad for the upcoming season.
