Young Indian batsman and the skipper of Kings XI Punjab (KXIP), KL Rahul, achieved another milestone in his career as he became the fastest Indian batsman to score 2000 runs in the IPL history. KL Rahul achieved this feat as he came out to bat in the sixth game of IPL 2020 against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB).

Earlier, Royal Challengers Bangalore won the toss and decided to field first. RCB did not make any change in the playing XI and went on in the game with the same team as the first match. Kings XI Punjab, on the other hand, made a couple of changes in their squad with James Neesham and Murugan Ashwin coming in today for Chris Jordan and K Gowtham.
