Liam Livingstone Gets His Stumps Shattered After Jasprit Bumrah Gets His Yorker Going
On the 3rd ball of the 15th over, Jasprit Bumrah sent down an inswinging yorker which shattered Liam Livingstone’s stumps. The England batter was too slow in bringing his bat down on the delivery and heard the death rattle behind him. He played 3 balls and made only 2 runs. It was a huge wicket for the Mumbai Indians, given the devastating form he has been in.
Mumbai Indians have come into this match looking for their first win in the Indian Premier League (IPL 2022) edition as they are at the 10th spot in the points table. They have lost their first four matches, their worst start to an IPL season since IPL 2015, when they managed to turn things around and went on to win the tournament.
