Mithali Raj Provides a Perfect Solution for Cricket Lovers Post IPL

Indian cricket team skipper, Mithali Raj has come out with a perfect response for the cricketing fanatics who’re missing the recently concluded 11th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL).

Meanwhile, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) lifted their third title beating Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) by eight wickets. They scripted history after coming back from the league after two years.

The culmination of IPL has created a void among the fans in the lives of Indian cricket fans who are longing for some sports action.

However, Raj has come up with a perfect reply for those fans missing the T20 extravaganza.

Meanwhile, this edition of the Asia Cup will start from June 1 in Malaysia. The Women’s game eventually garnered a lot of attention since the 50-over World Cup last year, in June.

The Women’s in blue played an outstanding brand of cricket throughout the tournament. Although they lost the final against England, they received high praise for their cricket.

However, they didn’t have a good start to this year losing the ODI series against South Africa. They also the One-day International series against Austalia and lost the Twenty20 International series involving the Aussies and England.

Moreover, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) recently organised an IPL type Women’s Exhibition Match involving overseas cricketers.

It was a grand success as BCCI is now planning to introduce an IPL-style cricket tournament in which Mithali Raj also participated.

Supernovas defeated the Trailblazers by three wickets with some good contributions in the middle-order.
