MS Dhoni Spotted Playing Golf Along With Kedar Jadhav And RP Singh

MS Dhoni has been engaging in activities other than cricket since the conclusion of the first semi-final between India and New Zealand in the 2019ICC World Cup. The veteran is also likely to be unavailable for the upcoming T20 series against the Windies, inciting further speculations about his future. Meanwhile, the former Indian captain was seen playing golf along with his countrymen Kedar Jadhav and RP Singh.

Kedar Jadhav posted a picture of the trio on Twitter sitting on a golf course. The batting all-rounder has been out of the Indian team since the ICC Cricket World Cup. The 34-year old’s future also remains an uncertainty since the Indian team has blooded in youngsters. Having been retained by Chennai Super Kings this week ahead of the IPL auction, Jadhav will team up with MS Dhoni for the upcoming season of the Indian Premier League.

Jadhav couldn’t make an eye-catching impact in the last season of the IPL, scoring 162 runs. He is currently featuring for Maharashtra in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy in which he cracked a whirlwind 68 off 40 balls against Hyderabad on Thursday. He will be looking to prove his worth after enduring a torrid season last time around.
On the other hand, MS Dhoni was last witnessed in the Indian dressing room after the Indian Test team scored a victory over South Africa in the third Test in Dhoni’s hometown Ranchi. The wicketkeeper-batsman congratulated the team on their win and had a chat with left-arm spinner Shahbaz Nadeem. Dhoni last wore the blue jersey when New Zealand knocked out India in the semi-final of the mega tournament in Manchester.

He was unable to steer India past the finish line in a low-scoring affair after being run-out for 50 by Martin Guptill. Dhoni took an indefinite break from international cricket post the tournament to serve the army for a short tenure. He also played different sports during this period like Football, Tennis, and Golf.
