Team India is having a dream run in international cricket. The Men in Blue have won seven back-to-back home series and are away touring New Zealand. They have won the first two T20Is of the five-match series at Eden Park, Auckland. Virat Kohli and his men will now eye another series win when they take on New Zealand at Seddon Park in Hamilton on 29th January.

New Zealand, on the other hand, have not had a balanced performance in the series till now. The batsmen were good in the first T20I but the bowling was pretty ordinary. This helped the Team India to chase down a mammoth total of 204 runs with an over left.

In the second game, the Kiwis won the toss and decided to bat first but their batsmen had a poor display on a show and could manage only 132 runs in their 20 allotted overs.

India will look to continue their glorious run:

Team India has been in fine form since the conclusion of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019. They have found the perfect balance in the team.

KL Rahul has been brilliant with the bat and has given India a reliable wicket-keeper batsman in limited-overs cricket. Their bowling was below standard in the first game, but they fired all cylinders in the next game and restricted Kiwis to a low-scoring total.

India will possibly go with the winning combination in the third T20I as well. It has been an all-round performance from the men in blue in the series till date. India’s batting, bowling, and fielding had been exceptional throughout the two games. This makes it unlikely to bring a change in the winning combination.

Predicted XI: Rohit Sharma, Manish Pandey, Virat Kohli, Shreyas Iyer, K.L. Rahul, Shivam Dube, Ravindra Jadeja, Mohammed Shami, Jasprit Bumrah, Kuldeep Yadav and Shardul Thakur.

The Kiwis played the best combination in the last game. They will look to go with the same. Players will have to display individual brilliance if they want to give them a chance of winning the game. Also, the fielding has been ordinary and New Zealand will have to work on it.

Predicted XI: Ross Taylor, Tim Southee, Martin Guptill, Kane Williamson (c), Hamish Bennett, Colin de Grandhomme, Colin Munro, Ish Sodhi, Tim Seifert (wk), Mitchell Santner, Blair Tickner.

New Zealand vs India 2020: Match Prediction –

Virat Kohli and his boys are on the brink of winning another series. They have caused serious harm to New Zealand’s hopes of dominating the away team on their home soil. The men in blue will look to win the third game and seal the series. This will also help to variate the bench strength in the coming two games and have a look as to what could be the best possible combination for the team.

New Zealand, however, might be hungry. They had all the plans to put an end to India’s run of dominance but the Kiwis have failed miserably in doing so. They are a strong side and have all the qualities to make a comeback. However, the form that the current Indian side is in, it is more likely that India will win the game and clinch the series in the third T20I.
