Nidhhi Agerwal Squashes Claims of Dating KL Rahul

Stylish India batsman, KL Rahul came in the media attention after he was seen leaving a Mumbai restaurant with Bollywood actress, Niddhi Agerwal a couple of days ago.

Straightaway there was a rumour circling in the social media of their alleged relationship and dating. However, Nidhi who recently made her Bollywood debut opposite Tiger Shroff in Munna Michael squashed all the rumours and said she and KL know each other for a long time.

Just after the pictures went viral on social media, there was a buzz that there was another Cricket-Bollywood pair in the making.

Nidhi, however, said it was just a casual meet and was not a date. Rahul who was part of the Kings XI Punjab squad in the recently concluded Indian Premier League is now enjoying his time off cricket. He looked in sensational touch all through the tournament and played some exceptional innings quite consistently.

He will join the team for practice sessions ahead of the historic Test against Afghanistan. Meanwhile, on the other hand, Niddhi is looking to set her Bollywood career on the right track. During an interaction with Spot, the boy she admitted she went for a dinner with was KL.

However, she has made it pretty clear it wasn’t any date under any stress of imagination. She further stated they know each other for a long time and have tried keeping in touch despite being quite busy in their professions.

“Yes, I did go out for a dinner with Rahul. I and Rahul go back a long way. We have known each other since our teenage years before Rahul became a cricketer and I became an actress. Though we did not go to the same college in Bangalore, we have known each other for long,” she said.

However, Rahul has not yet broken his silence in the matter. He hasn’t opened up on his personal life.

Meanwhile, he also has rumours of dating a model, Elixir Nahar. However, both of them haven’t confirmed it.
