Yet another day that went in Pakistan way in the first Test of Pakistan vs Australia 2018. The quality bowling display by the debutant Bilal Asif and the fast bowler Muhammed Abbas kept Pakistan on the driver seat of the Test match. It was a sensational bowling performance from the duo, as none would have expected such a collapse by Australian lineup on a decent batting track.

Finch, Khawaja fights hard, but Bilal Asif flattens Australia:

Initially, Australia started the day on a bright note with Aaron Finch and Usman Khawaja notching up their fifties. Just when things looked boring with the game travelling on its way to a likely draw, Bilal Asif injected a stunning spell of spin bowling.

First, he got Aaron Finch then got the better off for Shaun Marsh. He followed it up by bagging Usman Khawaja and Travis Head’s wickets to dent Australia furtherly. During the course, Abbas got rid off Mitchell Marsh to push Australia in all sorts of trouble.

The moment got an extra-special for Bilal Asif when he sent Lambuschagne for a nought to register the five-wicket haul on his debut. He later bettered it to six-wicket haul by bagging Lyon’s wicket.

All in all, it was a top-notch performance from the debutant. Meanwhile, Mohammed Abbas, who impressed everyone with his finest bowling display bagged a four-wicket-haul.
