Rajiv Risodkar hoped his Hindi translated ruled reach as many people as possible
With the laws getting translated in Hindi, Risodkar hopes it will be helpful for a plethora of umpires, who find understanding rules in English difficult.
“Traditionally, the language of cricket rules is considered as English. On the proposal of BCCI, I translated these rules into Hindi so that it can reach as many people as possible in this cricket-crazy nation,” said Risodkar.
