So Happy to See Them Married, Says Shah Rukh Khan After Attending Virat Kohli- Anushka Sharma's Reception

Shah Rukh Khan, the Bollywood superstar and the owner of IPL franchise Kolkata Knight Rider, was one among the several big names who came and graced Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma’s wedding reception on Tuesday (December 26) at St Regis’ Astor Ballroom in Mumbai’s Lower Parel.

It was the second reception hosted by the couple after they hosted the previous one in New Delhi last week.

Stars from cricket and Bollywood arrived in numbers at the lavish party to make the day special for the newlyweds. Among famous sports personalities seen at the reception were cricketers Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag, Sunil Gavaskar, and Cheteshwar Pujara. Ace shuttler Saina Nehwal also attended the party.

Some notable Bollywood stars who attended the function were Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Madhuri Dixit, Boman Irani, Aditya Roy Kapur, Oscar-winning music composer AR Rahman and others.

Shah Rukh, meanwhile, had a memorable evening, as he hogged the limelight soon after arriving at the venue. From teaching Virat Kohli on how to deliver dialogues to dancing with the newlyweds, the Badshah of Bollywood enjoyed his time at the reception.

Later, he took to Twitter to wish the couple, tweeting:
