Sourav Ganguly To Join Delhi Capitals As ''Advisor'' For IPL 2019

Yet another shock signing makes its ways in the Indian Premier League 2019. And, once again it is from the dugout of Delhi Capitals. On Thursday, they announced a surprise signing of Sourav Ganguly to the team as ”Advisor”. Now, he would join the likes of Ricky Ponting, Mohammed Kaif in the side for the upcoming edition.
Delhi Capitals made quite a few changes to the latest edition of the tournament. They made wholesome changes with a new set of players and the support staff. The latest signing of Sourav Ganguly will come as a great boost for the team, as he can offer a lot to the team.

Delhi Capitals are determined to put on a better show in IPL 2019:
It seems like they want to make things fall in place at any cost in IPL 2019. They have made some world-class signings and completely changed the names on the paper. They brought the best coaches to the unit and also bought a few players after proper analysis.

Now, the team will be head coached by Ricky Ponting with Sourav Ganguly being the advisor. Mohammed Kaif will look after the fielding section. Recently, they also traded their players to get the services of Shikhar Dhawan and also left Gautam Gambhir, who called curtains on his career.
Meanwhile, they also announced that Shreyas Iyer will be leading the side as a full-time captain, who did exceptionally well in the last season after taking the mantle from Gambhir in the middle of the season.
