One of the former great Indian fast bowlers, S Sreesanth has opened up on his experience of playing alongside the ‘God of Cricket’, Sachin Tendulkar. The Indian cricket team is fortunate enough to boast the likes of Sachin Tendulkar.

Sachin is arguably the best player ever, the game of cricket has witnessed so far. The Master Blaster has amassed more than 34000 runs across all formats in his international career. He represented India for a span of 24 years which is incredible in itself.

Sreesanth has been one of the fortunate enough players to have played alongside the little master and now he has opened up on his experience of sharing the same dressing room.

“The best gift ever while playing cricket was surely to be born during the Sachin era and getting a chance to play alongside him was unbelievable. He was the real god of cricket who took India to greater heights, millions started to play cricket because of him and I was no different. I only wanted to meet him and ended up playing the finals standing next to him winning the World Cup,” Sreesanth said.

Sachin has been one of the greatest finds of cricket. As mentioned earlier, he has scored more than 34000 international runs for India across all formats. He has set and broken almost all the records that there are in the game of cricket. What stands out is his consistency over the years as he represented India for 24 years and scored a total of 100 international centuries.
