With the likes of Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Shami, Umesh Yadav and Ishant Sharma, arguably India boasts of one of the most potent fast bowling attacks in the world. Steve Waugh, who played 168 Tests and 325 ODIs for Australia, feels India have one of the most exciting bowling combinations in the world, especially in home conditions.

Breaking records and matching legends, Bumrah, Ishant and Shami, have reinstated the ‘fear’ factor in the middle. The pace family of three look the happiest feasting together in the Test arena.

At present, the deception of Bumrah, the reverse swing of Shami and the length of Ishant, in the tandem, rank top in the list of challenges in the red-ball cricket.

Speaking of the same, Waugh said that the Indian team got the best bowling attack in home conditions.

Meanwhile, he also showered words of praise on Australia’s bowling attack saying that Australian bowlers are threatening like Indians in home conditions. He believes the series between India and Australia in Australia will be an eye feast for the cricket fanatics.

“India have the best fast-bowling attack in the world when they play in India. When cricket is played in Australia, I think Australia has the best bowling attack in the world. It is touch and go and both captains will be very happy with the personnel they got. They know they can take twenty wickets that’s what you need to win Test matches,” Waugh told ANI.
